Pgking Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and pgking ("Platform", "We", "pgking"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pgking platform at pgking.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

In this PGKing Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the pgking.biz website and all services associated with it.
• "Player" refers to any individual who registers and uses the pgking platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the Player on pgking.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited, won, or held within the Player's account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, free spins, or any other form of incentive offered by PGKing.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "Transaction" refers to all deposit, withdrawal, and fund transfer activities on the platform.

To register and use the pgking platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or legally present in Malaysia at the time of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been prohibited from using gambling services on legal grounds.
• Do not register using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Not be involved in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.

Each Player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pgking. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds, including winnings.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• The name registered must match the name on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• One phone number and one email address may only be linked to a single PGKing account.
• Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date in the event of any changes.
• Pgking reserves the right to decline any applicant's registration without providing a reason.

Pgking accepts deposits via the following payment methods only, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name.
• Pgking does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• PGKing does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before the minimum wagering requirements have been met.

Players may request a withdrawal of eligible funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and up to RM 200,000 for VIP Diamond and Royal accounts.
• All applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same source of funds policy).
• Processing time is within 15 minutes for standard withdrawals, and up to 24 hours for amounts exceeding RM 20,000.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, pgking will return the wager to the player's account based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and may vary depending on the table or variant selected.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) system used across all digital games has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.

• Any account activity that occurs prior to a security report being filed remains the responsibility of the account holder.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pgking platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of bot software, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering (AML violation).
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through low-risk betting strategies designed to unfairly fulfil wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform from prohibited regions using a VPN or proxy.

Pgking shall not be responsible for or liable for any losses arising from:

• Betting or game outcomes resulting from the player's own strategy or choices.
• Disruption to the player's internet service or failure of the device used to access the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Processing delays caused by third-party factors such as banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
• Data damage or loss resulting from external cyberattacks beyond pgking's control.

PGKing's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident.

A pgking account may be terminated in the following ways:

• By the Player: Players may request voluntary account closure through the account settings section or by contacting the PGKing support team.
• By pgking: PGKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a breach of terms and conditions is established.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently via the Responsible Gaming.

Upon account termination, any eligible remaining balance (after deducting bonuses and winnings that do not meet the qualifying criteria) will be returned to the player within 14 business days.

These PGKing Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and PGKing:

• Players should first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting the pgking support team via email at support@pgking.biz.
• Our support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within 7 business days from the date the complaint is received.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to undergo a neutral arbitration process before any legal action is pursued.
• PGKing's decisions regarding game disputes are final unless clear technical evidence demonstrates otherwise.
